Description

Make a necro pet with 75/75 dex. Record casting speed for necro pet. Make necro pet with 200/75 dex. Record casting speed. Casting speed with inherited 200/75 dex will be higher

Reproduction Steps

Make a necro pet with 75/75 dex. Record casting speed for necro pet. Make necro pet with 200/75 dex. Record casting speed.

Intended Behavior

Should not gain advantage from overcaps (should be limited to 75/75).

Evidence

I was able to almost cast 4 quick casts unbuffed with 200/75 dex. I was not able to do this with 75/75. Cast speed was noticably faster.
