2847: Metalworking(800) - netherium bracket alb wrong weight

Description

On alb trinketing, metalworking, netherium bracket (800) has wrong weight of 0.2 lbs instead of 0.1 lbs.

tested all other materials : seem ok with 0.1

Reproduction Steps

1. craft all level of brackets until 900
2. check netherium weight
3. look at all other weights

Intended Behavior

please fix the weight of netherium bracket to be the same as others : 0.1 lbs for all material levels
