The hill persons in the vale of mularn spawn and walk in an unreachable zone. Sometimes they are also not reachable with ranged weapons

1. Enter vale of mularn
2. Go to location 59,5K / 45,7K (near housing entrance on hill)
3. Try to attack the hill persons
They should be able to pull in melee or at least with ranged weapons on distance of 1200 for thrown weaponry.
