Description

refering to issue 2678: also dolls and scarfs have wrong weight of 4.0lbs instead of 0.4lbs.

Reproduction Steps

1. craft a puppet
2. craft a scarf
3. look at the weight

Intended Behavior

please fix the weight of scarfs/puppets to 0.4 lbs :)
