Ench Epic Criostoin´s Promise Step 1.
Quest Journal:Go to Innis Carthaig and speak with Siobhan the Smith about Criostoin´s Promis.
The problem is that Siobhan don´t talk.

Do the Ench Epic. I read that there were issues before also with same epic quest that got fixed.
I did all steps of the epic like its showen in the quest log.
Step 1 Criostoin´s Promise :Talk to Siobhan about Criostoin´s Promise.
I did but there´s no response from <Siobhan......
