Pet based spells that use the caster's acuity stat is not affected by the stat caps. Necromancer's were fixed in this aspect on Uthgard but other classes are left untouched.
Spells should abide by the level based stat cap.
1. Over cap the acuity stat
2. Check damage on 50 test mob
3. Lower acuity stat but remain at 75+
4. Check damage on 50 mob again and see the damage lower despite still being capped on acuity
Check all "pet attacks" that use the players acuity stat for the damage formula. Apply the stat cap accordingly.
