Association has two different variations, one in Humberton (which is currently implemented) and the other in Prydwen Keep (which is not implemented).
1. Gain level 3 with any class
2. Go to the Acolyte Trainer in Prydwen Keep
3. See that there are no quests available
Simply implement the counterpart which can be seen in the evidence section
