2697: [ALB] Quest " The Forest Plot " missing

Description

The NPC dont give Credit for this Quest:

In This case i dont have a clue whats the reason:
- it can be that ist simple not implemented
- or factions dont work( i different Mobs and still dont found one that raises Mist Hunters

Reproduction Steps

1. become a Level 40+ Scout
2. Travel to Forest Sauvage
3. raise your faction with Mist Hunters( i dont know how)
4. and/or try to get the Quest from NPC Rob Ria at 60K/30K

Intended Behavior

implement the Quest like it was at 1.65...........maybe ist easier dont belong to a faction and just make it accessable for all Scouts 40+
