Description

The Quest NPC dont give this Quest:

Reproduction Steps

1. become Level 40+ as Merc/Pala/Cleric/Reav or Arms
2. Travel to Camelot Church
3. Try to get the Quest from Sister Rhigwyn

Intended Behavior

implement the Quest like it was in 1.65...........
