The Mob is at campacorentin 62K/19K but does not Drop the OTD, see here:

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a Cleric or Fighterclass with Level 13+
2. Move to the above Location
3. Kill Growler
4. See no OTD

Intended Behavior

Implement the One Time Drop of Growler ( Growler Mace )
