At step 3 it asks to interact with Brac in Innis Carthaig. However he does not give me the quest related interaction. Doing /whisper story or /s story when he is targeted also does not function.
1. Get epic quest at 15
2. Follow through to step 3
3. Try to interact with Harper Brac so that the questlog updates
Implement the proper interaction and make sure it is completable.
