I did the Quest Fagans Wand with lvl 12 Mentalist. I killed the enchanted wind ghoul an a message arrived: "You recieved the Bottom of the Blackthorn Wand", but i didn't recieved any quest item. So at step #4 Give Nyderarra the bottom of the Blackthorn Wand, it's broken beceause i don't have it. I didn't droped or destroyed it!
1. When mob the enchanted wind is killed
2. Drop questitem to backpack
3. #4 ist not broken

Sorry you are asking to many Things. I think the People don't Report every bug. It is to complicated!
