Achievement and Angled Bone Br. item not activate as OTD

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Snowdonia ~ 10k 45k
2. Kill NOGUD THE SMASHER
3. No achieve or drop of Angled Bone Br.

Intended Behavior

Activate the achievement for OTD and Angled Bone Br. item :

Angled Bone Br. Body, Matter, Earth, Cold Magic S. +4 lvl 45 quality 100
