Description

killing in Spraggons den, got me Earth Crafted Molded boots, several times actually, and notice a problem with the effective armor.

shows 52 effective armor, like its a masterpiece.

Reproduction Steps

1. Acquire Earth Crafted Molded Boots
2. check stat/delve for accuracy
3. (optional equip and unequip
4. notice armorfact changes

Intended Behavior

not sure, corrected the stats, and possibly investigate armorfact
