Silvermine, 17k 63k loc.
lugradan not far from howth seems to drop an item ( which ive seen some like this) and they have the magical item setup but are just junk vendor trash
1. go to howth level 32
2. kill lugradans at loc 17k 63k
3. loot Copper Spinel Bracelet
4. Check item and stats
Should look like trash and/or possibly stack? idk?
