2592: Alb lyo: Pygmy missing yellowcon(to 50) and pygmy bombadiers

Description

I compared old vids + current live with uth. There are some things that do not fit. lvl50 POV

There are 0 yellowcon "Pygmy" and only 1 "Pygmy tangler" at the treespot

There are 0 yellows and 2 or 3 tangler at the lakespot

And 0 + 0 at the housespot.

Also i didnt find any "pygmy bombardier" on uth ;p

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to lyo with a lvl50
2. Check pygmy spots
3. Count the yellowcons for your lvl50
4. Compare with old vids and other sources

Intended Behavior

Adjust levels of some pygmy, so there are a few yellowcon for lvl 50s.
Also add some "pygmy bombardier"

Here you can see at least 4-5 yellow pygmy and 1 tanglermob pulled from the treespot (they are camping between tree and lakespot)
