At the spot of the OTDmob "Wither" in connacht, loc 31 61, are supposed to hangout some wickerman up with him.
Also these mobs incl. withe should be nightspawn only.

1. Go to withe
2. See any friends around him?
3. Check sources if there should be wickermans with him
Add some wickerman to the spot, make them nightspawn only if possible.
