2567: item use stack helper not working on bounty items

Description

potions have a stack use helper on uthgard : you put your last slot potion on bar, and they begin consuming them from the top one till they are emptied.

Reproduction Steps

1. try puting more than one bounty item on inventory
2. put last one on bar
3. use one
4. notice that the item on bar disappears even if you still have more in inventory (no stack helper)

Intended Behavior

I assume use bounty items should have the same behaviour as use potions
