Description

The quest Evenings Empty Blessing appeared to my 13 Skald.

Reproduction Steps

1. As any level 13 character find Aegan in Mularn and right click on him.
2. Click on the link [assistance].
3. Accept the quest.

Intended Behavior

Reassign this quest to appear at level 15.
