When you kill the named Muir in Connacht ~ 50k 26k you drop the same OTD that Murgar "Pooka Hide Vest". Normaly Muir drop an OTD spear with this stats :
Quickness : +3 pts
Energy : +4%
Celtic spear : +3 pts
(dps 9.3 // speed 5.5 // quality 100% // bonus 15%)
1. Go to the loc 50k 26k in Connacht area
2. Kill Muir
3. Look your inventory
Muir is an OTD named that will not change but you should change the item.
