what i encountered is that my Siege Bolt RA on Theurg does 108 dmg points to a keep door. along with it using up its CD even if it does not cast on the object.
1. create a theurg
2. get RA : Siege Bolt
3. Get in front of enemy keep and use it
4. try using it then move before it gets casted
not sure if its a bug but the damage feels way to low compared to what the Delve says , : A targetted bolt spell that does approx 10 min. points of damage against siege equipment & keep doors. 108 dmg = 5-8 melee tank swings seems a tad way to low.
