2. forged excellence
3. mob Vagdush missing

Intended Behavior

fix missing mob Vagdush in salisbury plains not at his location i stood there one whole day and never showed up

Evidence

i have searched all of salisbuey plains and can not find Vagdush at all. he is not at his location any time of day
