I bought a Horse Ticket at the Parthan Farm to ride to Innis Cartaigh and found out that the Horse permanently runs slower then normal.
1. go to the Farm talk to Horse npc
2. buy ticket to Innis Cartaigh
3. see that horse runs slower then other horses
increase movement speed of that specific Horse Route.
