This issue is still valid...tried everything and im still stuck at step 1.../whi nor /s Resa to the certain npcs gets you anywhere...a textbox pops up where you could click 2 words but you cant...just ignoring this and keep going to step 2 doesnt work either...
1. please check if the quest is still bugged or missing stuff
2. and if its not please let people know what exactly they have to do to make it work
