Can't recharge Woolen Cloth Gloves with haste charge
1. Own Woolen Cloth Gloves with haste charge
2. Go recharger NPC
3. Npc responds, "I can only recharge magic items"
Recharger Npc should be able to recharge charges on gloves
you should be able to recharge low level items with recharger npc
