2434: RA: "Ichor of the Deep" wrong immunity behavior

Description

I just noticed that "Ichor of the Deep" got a very limited usability on Uthgard 2.0 due to wrong immunity behaviors. This makes Ichor weaker than it used to be on live servers back then.

Lets have a look on how this has been working on live servers, and how it currently works on Uthgard 2.0.

So "Ichor of the Deep" counted beside mezz, root(snare) and stun as standalone 4th CC type.

The Utghard version got the same CC type as root and snare, the only difference here is, it won't trigger an immunity timer after it is running out.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a shaman and get the "Ichor of the Deep" RA.
2. Use Ichor on any PvP target (important coz dummies got PvE behavior).
3. Try to root right after Ichor hits your target -> he will have immunity.

OR

1. Create a shaman and get the "Ichor of the Deep" RA.
2. Use root on any PvP target (important coz dummies got PvE behavior).
3. Try to use Ichor after your target is rooted -> he will have immunity.

Intended Behavior

Implement the RA "Ichor of the Deep" as standalone 4th CC type.
