2389: Animist "Wisp Inferno" wrong dmg + body debuff

Description

i did the test with animist i50+start gear in duel vs animist with i50+startgear and my ani had 25% body resist. After debuff i checked resist window, i had only 23% body resist, but it should be 20%, cause wisper inferno should decrease body resis by 5%.
second issue is the dmg of the spell 159 dd. I did the test on lvl 50 dummy. wisp inferno did an average dmg of 255 with variance of 43%(lowest 214/highest308). To compare the dmg i did cycle of death 164dd and had constant dmg of 368.

164 dd compare to 159 dd should have in average only around 3% bigger dmg difference. But in case of the test it has 44%.

Reproduction Steps

body debuff bug:
1. create 2 animist with i50+free gear and let them have at least 5% body resist in temp.
2. make duel 20x and check body resist.
dmg bug:
1. create 1 animisr with i50+gear
2. do 20x wisp inferno nuke on 50 dummy / do 20x cycle of death nuke on 50 dummy
3. compare dmg on info to real dmg.

Intended Behavior

well issue 1207 gave a good hint i think. i am pretty sure too that int does not effect in formula the dmg. Also the issue of variance is totally right and should be fixed. And also wrond debuff amount is fixable i guess. It seems on bomber line the formula has some big mistakes in calculation at all, so would be great if it could be fixed soon, so we can also test ani in rvr properly :P.
