The realm ability 'Hail of Blows', accessable to many tanks after the Augmented Dex III prequesite, currently gives 0% attack speed on all levels.
1. Spec 'Augmented Dex' III
2. Spec 'Hail of Blows' on levels I, II or III (to be reproduced best with III)
3. Use 'Hail of Blows'
4. Hover your mouse over the icon of your buff bar for the duration of the ability.
5. The tooltip says 0% attack speed. No Profit!
6. Hit a target to check your attack speed. Also seems to do nothing.
According to Uthgard's own tooltip, it should give 5% attack speed for each level specced into this realm ability.
