(Hib) Buy instruments from Horto
The quality is only 85%. Should be 91% like any other item from diamond seals

Reproduction Steps

1. Buy an instrument from Horto
2. Check quality

Intended Behavior

increase the quality from all instruments (hib and alb) to 91%
