2367: Necro Pet Is Able To be Mezzed

Description

Necro pets are currently able to be mezzed while they are not at full life. All Necro pets should be mezz immune while not at full life.

Reproduction Steps

1. Duel a Necro
2. Damage the pet
3. Mezz the pet
4. Verify the pet cannot move and is mezzed

Intended Behavior

Fix the Necro pet to be mezz immune while if it meets the criteria of not being at full life, ~90% health.

Evidence

This issue can be seen in a Team Lead report from earlier in 2003. No patch notes between the period when this issue came about (1.60) and patch 1.65 show this issue to have been changed.
