Shimmering battle scourge got 6 hammer 4 parry but when equiped give no bonus at all
1. Drop a shimmering battle scourge
2. equip on thane for example
3. See the no bonus skill effect
Debug item to obtain the bonus . + 6 hammer +4 parry need to be effective
