2355: Class specific items wearable by other classes

Description

Seen some drops (quite all actually) with class restriction being wearable by other classes

Especially epic drop items

Reproduction Steps

1. get a paladin to complete his 7-30 epics
2. get the drops to an armsman
3. check that it is paladin specific
4. check that the armsman can equip it

Intended Behavior

Class specific items should be tradable to any but only wearable by the specific class

Might be because of a missing check before equiping the item or directly item related (but the items already provide class infos => simple info display and not coded ?)
