I picked up a Forged Darksteel Runic Staff in lower Spindelhalla. It's focus levels state 32 Darkness, Suppression and Runecarving. This site: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=2925 states they should be at 40. Additionally, I have the upper Spindelhalla version of it: Dull Asterite Runed Staff. It's focus levels are 37 of the same spell lines, despite it being lower level than the lower Spindelhalla staff.
1. Acquire Forged Darksteel Runic Staff
2. Check the stats on said staff
3. Check against other staffs at the same level or at this site: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=2925
Focus levels should be adjusted to be in line with the level the staff is, which is at least level 40.
http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=2925 shows the correct focus levels. Additionally, I provided screen shots of the upper Spindelhalla version of the bugged staff which shows that it has focus levels in line with its level, which is around 37.
