Description

Killed Lobigan in CM and he dropped cloak of the silverhand
with stats 18STR 18INT 19Empathy 91% quality 0% Bonus , it should be 7 STR 7 Int 7 Empathy & 25%bonus & 89% Quality & should drop from Abysmals & Phantom Miner

Reproduction Steps

Create the item check over stats ,
should be a simple way to check

Intended Behavior

Remove the cloak off Lobigan´s loot table , if they are not on abysmal & phantom miners add it to them & fix that stats quality n bonus respectively
