Odharnait in Ardagh should give the quest 'Freeing Osier', but doesn't (lvl 30 Ench)
1. be level 18 or above and go to Ardgah
2. find Odharnait outside timber hut
3. don't get a quest from Odharnait
Odharnait should give this quest to all classes above level 18 and above
