I was running near the starter xpzone of howth and it seems that 1 or 2 lucradan around loc 19 51 are spamming their saytext 24/7.

Looks like other annoying lucradan near magmel dont spam that hard.
1. Go to howth
2. around loc 19 51k
3. spam is real
Change settings so they cannot spam their text. Not even players are allowed to spam that much!
On live they maybe say that text 1-2 times within 1 minute. Nothing close to 2 times per second as it is now.
