Description

Blademaster flurry has no cooldown.

incredibly broken right now

Reproduction Steps

1. log into a bm
2. cast flurry
3. notice no cooldown. can repeat spam

Intended Behavior

THIS IS BEYOND BROKEN. NEEDS IMMEDIATE WORK. just like i50 or live :D

Evidence

this is beyond broken and needs immediate fix.

I hear MCL is broken like this too
