I /leveled a Sorc in alb to 30 and spec mind. The blue power regen buff didn't increase my power regen speed by much if at all.
1. Create a sorcerer and /level to 30
2. Spec in mind and buff yourself with [blue] Purity of Power (power regen)
3. Use power and see how slow it returns/regenerates
Increase regeneration speed of power when using power regen buffs
I don't have physical evidence but I have been playing DAOC since 2001 and it really does not seem like power is regenerating at the correct speed with using the lvl30 power regen buff on sorc.
