Description

Alot of debuffs are missing their combat log message. If you have that class on Uthgard you can let me know if the message is implemented correctly.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create any of the listed classes
2. Use their debuffs
3. Check your and your target's combat log

Intended Behavior

All Tests were done on Pendragon, I couldn't find a source if they were ever changed.
