The level 9 Necromancer spell delusions of death is labeled as "Instant Cast" when you bring the spell to a hot bar. In reality, its a 3 second cast time and should be labeled as so.
1. Level a necromancer to 9
2. Go full deathsight spec
3. Add delusions of death to hot bar
The hot key just needs to be changed to reflect a 3 second cast time instead of instant cast.
Screenshots have been provided showing that the spell lists instant cast, and another screen shot shows me indeed casting it at 3 seconds.
