Affected spells:
Minor Friction
Lesser Friciton
Friction
Major Friction
Greater Friction
Superior Friction
Paralyzing Friction

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a theurgist
2. Specc into "Earth Magic"
3. Use any of the listed spells on an enemy

Intended Behavior

Haste debuffs should lower the enemies attack speed, not increase it.
