Description

As a level 11 mercenary I talked to Maggie McClellan in Ludlow (Black Mountains South). She did not offer me the "Tainted Magic" quest.

Reproduction Steps

1. Take a level 11+ toon to Ludlow
2. Talk to Maggie McClellan on the top floor of the inn
3. Note she doesn't give you a quest

Intended Behavior

Maggie McClellan should offer the "Tainted Magic" quest to adventurers at level 11 or above.
