Attackspeed-debuffs (Midgard Healer) do the opposite. Instead of decreasing, they increase the Targets Attackspeed.
1. get 40 pacification. get aug acu II + wa II. (my Setup)
2. Hastedebuff a Grey mob till it crits (read in Chat)
3. attack mob (but dont kill) and watch the Show
Instead of increasing the Targets Attackspeed, the Spell should decrease the Attackspeed.
