Description

I talked to [Apprentice Dunan] in Ludlow (Black Mountains South) as a level 9 mercenary. I was not offered the quest "Dunan's Bear Tooth".

Reproduction Steps

1. Take a level 9+ toon to Ludlow
2. Talk to Apprentice Dunan
3. Verify that he does not give you the "Dunan's Bear Tooth" quest

Intended Behavior

Dunan should offer the "Dunan's Bear Tooth" quest to players level 9 and above.
