2199: Salvage Item named not possible

Description

I have loot some weapon in dartmoor and i can't salvage some of them like:
thrusting weapon : Lightning
slashing weapon : Rain
crushing weapon : Thunder

There is nothing on the description that the weapon are not salvageable.

Reproduction Steps

1. Looks the différents weapon
2. Looks the description
3. Try to salvage the weapons

Intended Behavior

Need to autorize the salvage for this weapons or notice on the description that is not ok to salvage.

Evidence

I look the description and i didn't see nothingwho block the salvage.
I'm legendary tailor so i have the level to salvage them.
