power reg with serenity 1 and pom 5: 2:17 minutes, much too long
1. cast heal till your power is empty
2. stop the time till power is up again
3. buff yourself pom 5
repeat step #1 and #2
standard power reg is 1. pom 5 should increase it to 6. I should be able to regen power in 0:50 minutes
