2163: Hook point at merchants feet in Hlid

Description

The weapon merchant in Hlidskialf Faste had a hookpoint at his feet. After further examination it says it is a placeholder for a bolt. I couldn't get or attack it or manipulate it in any way.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Hlidskialf Faste in Jamtland Mountains
2. Look at merchant's feet near just inside front gate
3. See hookpoint

Intended Behavior

Placeholder needs to be fixed or maybe its an item that needs to be put in merchant window?
