Lady Aelawen does not respawn at pry keep bridge after someone activates step 2 of the inf level 7 epic quest (she goes on a walk and never comes back).
1. run the infiltrator level 7 epic quest step 2 will send you to talk to Lady Aelawen (she is missing at this point because someone already ran the quest)
2. After you talk to her and escort her she will not respawn at pry keep bridge. allowing someone else to do the quest.
3.
Once Lady Aelawen compleats the escort she disappears and re spawns back at Pry keep bridge.
I camped the spot for 120 min while watching TV she did not come back
