Description

Crusty Fur items has been improved later than 1.65
As Rusted Ringmail set them should be 80% qua & have no stat.

Reproduction Steps

1. Drop any Crusty Fur in Vendo
2. Look at it
3. Check stat on archive..

Intended Behavior

Set them to right version for 1.65 as any other that as been improved with 1.70
