quest mob Kearcs (Contyth's Hammer) is spawning as a human, but should be a marsh scrag
he should also not be stationary at loc 15324,36402 but roaming with the other marsh scrags further up nw

Reproduction Steps

1. check Kearcs at loc 15324,36402 in Avalon Marsh
2. check Kearcs at loc 15324,36402 in Avalon Marsh

Intended Behavior

Kearcs needs to be a named marsh scrag, usually paired with 2 other marsh scrags, roaming further nw where the other marsh scrags are

I think I saw Kearcs several times up on the hill nw of Cear Witrin in Avalon Marsh. He´s wandering around near those wolves and is guarded by two other scrags. Just search on that hill between the wolves and those white fog worms (or whatever they are called).
Kearcs yellow, guards green at Lvl 17.
